Beta sign-up

When you sign up, we keep your email address, the site language at the time, and the sign-up date.

Purpose: inviting you to the app's private beta and writing to you about it. Legal basis: your consent, given by submitting the form.

Retention: until the end of the beta, then at most 3 years after our last exchange, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.

News by email

If you tick the dedicated box, we also keep that choice and its date. We will then send you news about Le Secrétaire.

Legal basis: your consent. Every email includes a way to unsubscribe, and you can withdraw consent at any time by writing to us.

Audience measurement

We measure site traffic with Umami, running on our own server. Umami sets no cookies and does not store your IP address. Statistics are aggregated and anonymous.

Where your data lives

The site and its database are hosted in France by OVH SAS. Your data is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing.

Your rights

You can access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your data, object to its processing, or request a copy. Write to contact@lesecretaire.app.

If you believe your rights are not respected, you can lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
